However, if you do not have a home plan already drafted and blueprinted, your Construction Manager will help you through the process in a cost effective manner. Bring your ideas, floor plans, photos, sketches, and links to the table. You will work together to come up with a plan that fits your vision and your budget.

Your Construction Manager will take your ideas to his draftsmen to make a complete blueprint and documentation for your project. This is typically a fraction of the cost of a traditional architect. The cost for these design services is not included in the price of your lot. Homeowners will have to pay the draftsmen for their time preparing the designs. Cost will depend on total hours spent drafting the design and making adjustments.
