Bring your completed designs, or let us help you design your dream home!

Do you have a home plan already? Great! Let us approve it and get things rolling! However, if you do not have a home plan already drafted and blueprinted, your Construction Manager will help you through the process in a cost-effective manner. Bring your ideas, floor plans, photos, sketches and links to the table. You will work together to come up with a plan that fits your vision and budget.
5. Construction Begins

At Legends, we understand that choosing the right bank is a crucial decision in managing your real estate investments. That’s why we wholeheartedly recommend and trust our preferred banking partners. Process
- All homeowners can be assured that the homes in their neighborhood will be an appropriate size with high-quality materials and workmanship as to protect the home values for all.
- All homeowners can be assured they will not have a neighbor with a half-finished home or construction site for longer than 18 months.
- The control is taken away from the contractor. Contractors will be accountable to a knowledgeable Construction Manager who knows if a contractor is quoting inaccurate prices or excessive labor and will recognize signs of corners being cut. Workmanship will be held to the highest standards.
- Change Orders and costs will be completely transparent, and agreed to by the homeowner. There will be no surprises in cost at the end of the project!
- The homeowner does not have to follow up on every detail with the contractor. They make decisions in the design phase, and then focus on their own work and lives until it is time to move in.
